Officers from the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to Valley Road in Cos Cob shortly after 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 1, where there was a report of a physical altercation between two parties.
Police said that upon arrival, it was determined that Brigethe Jeanethe Gonzales, 23, had scratched the other person, and she was subsequently arrested. The other person involved in the altercation, Mahopac Donald Racinos, 26 was also arrested after pushing Gonzales and putting her in a headlock, police noted.
Both were charged with breach of peace and released on their own recognizance. They is due to appear in Stamford Justice Court on Tuesday to answer the charges against them.
